Agreement to these terms
These terms govern your use of Gold Points (the “site”). The site is owned and operated by Halwa Technologies W.L.L, trading as “Gold Points” (“we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What we do
Gold Points is a rewards discovery platform. We list places in Bahrain across categories such as restaurants, electronics, gyms and VR arenas where spending earns you Gold Points. Points are funded out of the commission partner venues pay us for bringing them new customers, and they are credited to your Gold Points account when you scan the digital QR code shown at the venue. What Gold Points is not

Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your country to use the site. The site is intended for personal, non-commercial browsing.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for anything illegal or harmful.
- Scrape, copy, or republish the directory without our written permission.
- Interfere with the site’s normal operation or security.
- Misrepresent yourself or impersonate someone else.
Reward offers
Gold Points sets the reward rate, eligibility rules, and timing for each participating venue. Rates and offers can change at any time. We do our best to keep listings accurate, but we do not guarantee any specific rate, reward, or experience.
Responsibility
Partner venues are responsible for the goods, services, and bill they provide. Any dispute about products, service, or pricing is between you and the venue. Gold Points is responsible for crediting your points and delivering redeemed gold bars. If something fails to arrive, contact us at support@goldpoints.app.
Points and gold redemption
New members receive 100 bonus points on sign up. Every 1,000 points can be redeemed for one physical 1 gram gold bar, delivered to you. Points have no cash value. See our Disclaimer for more on this.
Our content
The site, its design, text, and curation are owned by Gold Points and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to pages, but you may not copy, modify, or commercially reuse the content without our permission.
Third-party links
The site may link to partner venues, delivery providers, or other third-party services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we work hard to keep it accurate and available, we cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly up to date at every moment.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Gold Points is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, from any venue interaction, or from changes in the market price of gold.
Termination
We may suspend or restrict access to the site at any time if we believe it is being misused or if doing so is necessary to protect the service, our partners, or other users. You can stop using the site at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes will be handled in the competent courts of Bahrain, unless mandatory local law where you reside requires otherwise.
